单位简介：
生物醫學工程是融合生物醫學及工程科學之跨領域整合性科技學系。我們戮力於材料、元件、儀器設備及系統研發，助益臨床醫師正確地發現人體症變或使其簡便安全地治療病灶。此外，生物醫學工程師在生醫奈米材料、基因、細胞與組織工程的研究，更將生物科技與醫療科技鏈結在一起，提升醫療保健的創新發展。

Biomedical engineering (BME) is the application of engineering principles and design concepts to medicine and biology for healthcare purposes (e.g. diagnostic or therapeutic). Our goal is quality education to nurture future leading scientists and educators focusing on building up characters and professional practice with integrity, scholarship, altruism and global perspective for the welfare of mankind.
