骨科植入物与生物医学制造实验室是一所专门从事创新医疗设备开发以及医疗植入物测试的实验室，我们已经拥有人工髋关节磨损实验机、疲劳实验机、医用接骨螺钉扭转测试仪、植入材料磨损测试仪、静力学测试装置等多台自主研发设备，可以为客户提供髋、膝关节类、脊柱类、创伤类、小关节类等植入物的测试分析，以及相关手术工具。除此之外，我们的医疗植入测试功能也扩展到失效分析和材料验证。

此外，骨科植入物与生物医学制造实验室还提供各类针对人体骨骼、人体骨科植入物等的模拟仿真，通过CAD/CAE等科学分析手段进行模拟重现。在创新医疗方面，我们也和各大企业、医院、国内外高校进行着很多科学研究 。

Orthotek is a laboratory which concentrates on developing innovative medical device technology and mechanical implants testing. Our lab has various testing facilities, i.e. bone screw torsion testing apparatus, hip joint simulator, biomaterial wear frame, static frame and fatigue frame. We provide testing services i.e. artificial joint implants, spinal implants, osteosynthesis, dental implants, Instruments and etc. Our medical implant testing capabilities also extend to failure analysis and customized testing.

Orthotek provides simulation analysis for bone and implants by using FEA, FVA methods and etc. Orthotek also supports scientific researches with industry, medical centers and colleagues.
